Shelby finally got her first base hit the other night. She has gotten on base plenty of times from "walks", but was so excited to finally get on base from a hit! She has hit the ball in the past, but either it was a pop fly that was caught or else the ball beat her to first base, and she was tagged out. We were very proud of her!

Also, last night they beat the "best" team in their league with a score of 8-1. They all played wonderfully, and were sooooooo thrilled to beat CCC (Care Chiropractic Center)...the dreaded red team!
